Tyler Rynearson
The Team
Founder
Tyler brings to the table 16 years of unwavering commitment to the mining industry, with first-hand experience across a broad range of fields and disciplines such as processing facilities, to surface and underground operations, and emergency response teams. As a third-generation miner and someone who has worked for some of the largest global mining companies, Tyler has acquired a solid foundation in many aspects of the industry.
Tyler's background includes experience as an EMT and mine emergency responder, with significant time in production-focused roles, quickly leading to opportunities in various training roles. Tyler quickly discovered his knack for helping others develop skills, improving team functionality, and his own passion to help people, resulting in him naturally being drawn to occupational health and safety.
He states, "I've been extremely fortunate to have had great mentors throughout my career. I now find myself in a position to give back, to assist others in their growth and success. And now is when it's needed most, because there is a growing education gap in our industry, causing us to slide right back down that safety hill we've been trying so hard to climb. We're getting people hurt again, and I aim to be part of the solution to that."
