Late Payment Policy
Rynearson Enterprises LLC (DBA RE Limited) (“Company”) is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. This Late Payment Policy establishes the terms, expectations, and procedures for handling late payments to ensure fairness and consistency in the management of overdue accounts.
Payment Terms
All invoices are due and payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Company.
Payments not received by the due date shall be considered past due.
Late Fees and Interest
A late fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the outstanding invoice balance will be applied to all past due invoices.
Collection Actions
Accounts more than ninety (90) days past due may result in suspension of services and/or delivery until the account is brought current.
Accounts more than one hundred eighty (180) days past due may be referred to a collection agency and/or subject to legal action. The client shall be responsible for all collection costs incurred, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and administrative expenses.
Disputed Charges
Any disputed charge must be submitted in writing to the Company within ten (10) calendar days of the invoice date.
The client shall remain responsible for timely payment of all undisputed portions of the invoice.
Good Standing Requirement
Continued business, future projects, and extension of credit are contingent upon the client maintaining an account in good standing with the Company.
