Cancelation Policy

At Rynearson Enterprises LLC (DBA RE Limited), we strive to provide exceptional service to our clients. To ensure transparency and clarity in our business operations, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice

Once a service estimate is accepted by the client, any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received at least one (1) month, thirty (30) days, in advance of the scheduled service start date.

Cancellation Procedure

Clients are required to submit cancellation requests to the following email addresses: info@relsafety.com, tyler@relsafety.com, or molly@relsafety.com. The written cancellation notice should include relevant details such as the client's name, service description, and the scheduled service date.

Cancellation Charges

In the event that a cancellation request is not received by Rynearson Enterprises in writing at least one month prior to the scheduled service start date, the client will be subject to a cancellation charge. The cancellation charge will amount to 50% of the original service estimate.

Exceptions

Rynearson Enterprises understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the situation.

Refund Process

If applicable, any cancellation charges will be deducted from any pre-paid fees or invoiced to the client. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in a timely manner.

By engaging with Rynearson Enterprises LLC (DBA RE Limited) and upon acceptance of an RE Limited service estimate, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
