Supervisor Development

We offer a full course for developing the foundational knowledge and skills of frontline supervisors, broken down into digestible sections. This program goes beyond just soft skills, covering everything supervisors need to know. This isn't your HR department's supervisor training program. This program was developed from years of in the field experience.

Beyond foundational topics, we also offer mining specific courses that are catered to the supervisor particular department. These Supervisor Specialist courses are geared toward educating supervisors in skill sets that identify and address role specific risks, promoting increased production and safer operations.
